My negative experience with PBT is strictly with the corporate office. The salons staffs are great. But PBT Corporate failed me. I had the original red light therapy membership they offered which gave me access to their basic red light bed. They later added a nicer red light bed available via a different more expensive membership I could it afford. Came in here a few weeks ago it is not my usual store I tan at but oh my I’m about to make the drive! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and very helpful with all my questions I had. I was also given a store tour and shown the wellness room shout out to Hannah for teaching me all the things about the sauna and red light ! Will definitely be coming back Here

Victoria is genuinely the reason I keep coming back to this location! I live closer to the Prosper location but one time I was closer here instead and received a far better level of customer service. She welcomes me with a positive attitude and makes sure everything is ready quickly for me. Definitely my favorite location because of Victoria!! Thanks girl

Whoever the manager at this location is, she’s awful. I think her name is Dakota. She is incredibly rude to customers, and walks around like she’s on some high horse. She greets people when they come in the store and says “yeah” instead of a welcoming greeting like “hello”. I can’t believe someone like her would even be considered for a manager position let alone be allowed to interact with customers.

Ive been tanning at all different tanning salons for years and years. Palm beach is by far the BEST in its class! Their attention to detail is far superior than others. Their cleaning and friendly staff are leaps and bounds above the rest. I frequent 3 nearby stores because of how much I enjoy seeing the very polite staff at each one. Every time I go they go beyond to remember my name and ask how I am. Their friendliness has become a staple in my morning routine.
