Spray Tan Booth: the automated voice clearly says after it sprays the front of your body that you will be enjoy drying for 30sec. After 3 seconds the fan stops and it tells you to turn around! So your front never dries. Hmmm. I've pointed this out several times to staff. No change.
Loved both locations i visited while vacationing in Wrightsville!
Terrible customer service. One of the worst experiences a person could have at a tanning bed or any other public setting. I still have a migraine. Don’t go here unless you want to have a horrible experience. I would not recommend.
Not helpful at all very dismissive False advertisement she said I have to purchase a membership to try service while this below is advertised on website. Very poor way to operate in my opinion how will I know I like how the spray turns out if I can’t try it.
Went in for a single spray session this morning and was denied. Was told I needed a membership and they would not let me pay for a single session, despite getting one 9 days ago with no issue. I wanted to open my membership here back up, but with how the staff member was adamant about only getting a service with a membership I don't think I would come back.
