Absolutely terrible service and stole my money. I went in 1 week before a trip, told the person that signed me up I wanted to cancel in one week because I wouldn't use it anymore. She said no problem and that there was a note in the computer that I didn't need to do anything else. One month later I looked at my bank statement and I got charged. Loved this place BUT was told at beginning of month to signup for monthly and would cost less. I said I didn’t need a monthly membership. Was told you can cancel anytime. I said sign me up and when walked out said cancel my membership. Was told it is canceled. I get a recurring charge the next month and was told I didn’t cancel it in time so will be charged for the month. No way to refund the month. I could go and use it as many times as I like for the month. I have moved away and not near a location. Will not fall for this ... read more

Mayfaire— From the first time I went I have been told the wrong things. I was gifted a membership but I didn’t know what it was until I went it. At first they told me it was the basic plan I forget the name. I asked if I could upgrade and was told no. So I get in the bed and she knocks on the door and says oh no you have the sunless tan package. So I get out. She reads the computer screen tell sunless tan bonus.
