I absolutely love this location and have been a member for over a year going 4-6x a week. I very unfortunately am moving somewhere that does not have a pbt anywhere nearby so I had to cancel my membership, and I felt so so bad because I didn’t realize cancelling affects the amazing girls up front!! I’d understand if it was for a bad experience, but they have always been so kind, chatty, and helped me get good deals and they give such good advice for what to put in the spray tans. Recently had a bad experience at the Chandler location, so I came over to the Tempe location and Avril was so accommodating and sweet! Will be coming back to this store from now on!
Always clean and never a wait time. Maddy is the BEST, so helpful and so sweet.
GO TO CELEBRITY TAN instead. Girl working here, Pua, had zero interpersonal skills. With an awful attitude I was told that the “be our guest” pass is only for 5 mins in their lowest level bed and that they “honestly don’t even recommend it”. I also learned you can’t bring your own lotion, even if it’s specifically for tanning beds. This girl looked me the eye and told me what the bottle said was a lie, lol.
