Worst tanning experience of my entire life. Worst customer service experience of my entire life. I was not allowed to tan on my unlimited package because I had tanned the day before and it hadn't been 24 hours???. Riley is the best. So helpful. The salon is always clean and the beds are well taken care of.
Love love love the girls here! They’re always so helpful and willing to answer my questions. The rooms are always clean and working well and they are very efficient with their timing, I rarely have to wait. Highly recommend!
I was with this tanning over 10 years and I was out the country for almost 4 months, before I out the country I called them want to frozen my account and their young employees told me I have to come in and sign the frozen form in person which I can’t go in the spa ,sound so stupid that you can’t even email or call them on the phone, you have to come in in person to do so , this is so bad no respect for customers, with the ways they do to me , theirs employees seem doesn’t care that how the treat me , how you can come in and ... read more
Not impressed with their customer service. I asked how many nanometers their red light beds were, a basic question in regards to red light therapy. The woman said: "Oh, I have no idea!" (no offer to find out or timeline of when to get back to me - just "I have no idea!"). I was then contacted separately by a different woman since I had also asked corporate, and she stated she would find out and get back to me between 8 and 9am the following morning. Days have passed, and no word. Mark this place off the list.
