If you're into spray tans be careful with this location. Staff is awesome however thier machine is always down atleast once a month. My partner and I both have subscriptions and we've had to travel numerous times in the last year out to the petaluma to get our spray tans done. I understand that machines have issues and we get that. However if you're gonna tell your subscription customers to travel and extra 19ms out of the way - please offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. Worst tanning experience of my entire life. Worst customer service experience of my entire life. I was not allowed to tan on my unlimited package because I had tanned the day before and it hadn't been 24 hours???. How to say I've been tanning for 20 years I've been to every tanning salon in Sonoma county during that time and never encountered restrictions on an unlimited package on a day that I haven't tanned. just I couldn't even articulate to the person I was speaking to the absurdity of that.
