I’ve debated on putting this review, but it has really gotten to me since visiting last Sunday! First of all, crystal is amazing and super helpful and honestly she is the ONLY reason I’m not giving only a one star review! After visiting last Sunday I will NOT be back, mainly bc of the CRAP attitude I got from one of the girls with blonde curly hair(didn’t get her name bc she had too much of an attitude to even help, much less give her name) I visited somewhere between 4pm and 5pm if that gives any indication of who she is! Walked in to pause my membership and the worker is standing at the counter having a personal conversation with another customer - joking and laughing. Didn’t stop to acknowledge that I was standing there or pause her conversation. I’m sorry but unless you’re helping another customer, stop your chit chat session and help the next customer in line. Super clean and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Equipment is well maintained and the sauna with red light or sea salt is so cozy on cold winter days. Ok it’s HOT TO THE BONES!! No chills after that. Love it
