Super clean and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Equipment is well maintained and the sauna with red light or sea salt is so cozy on cold winter days. Ok it’s HOT TO THE BONES!! No chills after that. Love it
Staff has always been pleasant and provided solid guidance. I've been coming here for about 2 years now. If you're reading this and also see some of their low scores, I've got an explanation for you - it's a bunch of Karens who often mistreat the staff. I've personally witnessed (and called out) members abusing staff. Recognize that the clientele of a place like this will bring in upper middle class snobs who think their $20 membership gives them permission to be the worst part of society. Horrible. Management and staff are rude. Specifically the manager Morgan was very disrespectful and defensive. Not willing to help. Very unfortunate, because I do really enjoy the beds. Awful buisness, wouldn’t recommend.
