Horrible. Management and staff are rude. Specifically the manager Morgan was very disrespectful and defensive. Not willing to help. Very unfortunate, because I do really enjoy the beds. Awful buisness, wouldn’t recommend.
I've been a member for years, dating back to 2010 when it was Ultra Tan. 9ver the past few months, I had been given bad information by employees. Finally, I dealt with the manager who was extremely nice and clarified everything for me. But today, I called to ask a question and was pleased when the manager answered. I was surprised to find her being very defensive. She was also quick to tell me I could cancel or freeze my membership and started telling me that the bronzer bed was not a building bed. Crystal has made the Pelham Rd. location feel like such a positive experience! She is kind and personable every single time I see her. You would never be able to tell if she was having a bad day as she is always smiling, happy and friendly. I never feel afraid to ask about a product or a bed with her because I know she will treat me the same even if I don’t purchase. Which that alone makes me WANT to buy a product from her when I can. She deserves all the praise!
