The worst customer service!!! Don’t trust anything the girls try to tell you about buying a membership.. i’ve been paying for a membership for a year that I have not used because they will not allow me to cancel my own account over the phone. When i specifically asked if i could call and cancel the next day nad the girl said yes!!! Then they want to charge you to freeze your account.

Went into Palm Beach Tan yesterday, and was greeted by Camryn, and honestly I was lost. She assisted me with answering all the questions I had as far as the sauna, and Red Light Therapy. I highly recommend this location, and I definitely will be back soon. Keep up the GREAT WORK guys!
