The girls that work in the morning do a great job 4/17/26 morning crew … but the person that works in the afternoon is utter chaos.
The staff you currently have this evening on duty should probably be trained in customer service and how to greet & thank their patrons upon exiting. Tonight is 3.24 and it’s currently 7:10 PM. Your day time staff is amazing. These two ladies currently on duty lack. One has her face in a computer and can’t be bothered with guests.
Me and my mom went in yesterday. My mom is a regular. It was my first time so I had no idea what to expect. The blonde lady at the counter told me she was only going to put me in the tanning bed for 7 minutes and my mom 10 minutes since I haven't been before. The lady ended up mixing up our rooms and I didn't find out till the end. I ended doing 10 minutes and my mom did 7. I'm not experiencing sun poisoning, my body is swollen and super red. First time ever getting a spray tan, asked what I was supposed to do to prep and in the booth and was told “you’re supposed to know” - glad I had a coupon so it was cheap I guess
