I already called by phone to have them check because I lost my ID and the girl didn't want to work and told me I had to go in person, a terrible job. I'm going to go in person, but I'll cancel my membership since I don't want to go to a place where people treat you badly and don't take the time to check if you lost your ID, plus it's all a shitty job. The dyes they paint different parts of your body separately, it leaves spots on your skin. Terrible service!!!!!! If I could I would give you zero stars!!!!!

I went in for a tan and the girl with every bit of judgment and acted as though I was a nobody since I have tattoos. Very discouraging to know people can be so ugly and who was she to judge me I was a paying customer like everyone else. I deserve a free level 5 since that's what I bought or a month of free tanning to ease my plan to return there. Sorry I'm just being honest
