I've been a member since it was Malibu Tan and the change a few years ago was a bit rough as I lost a lot my credits from Malibu however it eventually worked out. I recently started back up in the spring and they have all new staff. Most everyone is kind and happy except the "manager" (Zoey), as she stated is too busy to greet people with respect and gratitude. I have made several attempts to engage with kindness to her and she can't make eye contact and is so rude I have made a complaint to their Corp office and will be mov... read more
