I want to give a huge shoutout to Savannah at Palm Beach Tan Sugarland! I’ve had some interesting customer service experiences at this location in the past, so this review is definitely more for her than the facility. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, super friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable — and for the first time in a while, I actually felt valued as a customer. Excellent service. Affordable prices. Amazing Tan.
I've never been to this Palm Beach Tan until last Saturday. It is very clean, but most importantly I would like to acknowledge the staff at this location, specifically Meagan. Meagan was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend lives in Sugar Land, and I will be visiting this location often, thanks to Meagan going above and beyond for me.
