Horrible. I paid for a spray tan. Went in to the booth. NO TAN. I told the front desk & she confirmed that there wasn't any tanning solution & person the night before failed to fill the booth.. She called her Manager, who told her to credit my acct. But credit not to my credit card. She refused to let me speak to her Mgr. Another customer sitting by had the same problem. Wasted 15 minutes of my time and wasn’t even able to tan. You charge my credit card $130 a month and you can’t even hire a cashier that can work the register? I’ll be cancelling my membership based off my experience at this location.

I would give this place 1 star if it weren’t for the staff. The blonde girl managing is an angel. But the spray tan bed is messed up and didn’t spray correctly. The coloring was focused only on my sides.
