I was really excited to get my monthly membership for the redlight and sauna, which was great and i noticed benefits from. However, after making an appointment to use it (they only have one available) 3x in 3 weeks I was told someone else had the time spot. Whats the point of making an appointment if its not honored? I cancelled my membership on the 3rd occurance, despite my hope to continue long term. "They shouldnt have let you make an appointment at this time" is what the assistsnt store manager told me. I was close so tanned there. The level 2 beds really need to be updated. They still have the old slope in beds.

The staff are nice and knowledgeable. No wait for beds and they all work.
