Another day, another instance of the salon not being open at 9:19AM! Every week this happens and nothing is being done about it. It’s the fourth time in a month its happened. I called Arlington Heights and Niles location to obtain the information for the district manager, Joanna, who has yet to call me back. I have been a PBT member for years. I used to frequent the Norridge IL location before they closed and it was amazing. Recently, I started frequenting the Schaumburg IL location. This is the second time in a month I’ve come to tan at 9AM and an employee didn’t show up to work. It’s now 9:35AM and the store still isn’t open. I drive 40,’ minutes here and another 40 minutes back because it’s the closest location. Unprofessional, rude, and a waste of peoples time & money!
Patricia is so nice and helpful, whenever I come in to tan. She is such a hard worker and awesome person. If I have questions about which lotions is good, she always gives me the best advice. She always goes above and beyond in helping me out. If the owner reads this, please give her some positive recognition for her thoughtfulness and hard work.
Recently came in to do a spray tan for the first time and the staff is so kind and keep the store very clean and organized. Eila was so helpful with the process and explained to me what matched my skin tone best and im so happy with my results! Her tips for the spray booth were so helpful and the male manager was also super kind to my friend who came along, we cannot wait to come back in the future :)
