Palm Beach Tan is honestly the most dishonest and unprofessional business I’ve dealt with. They never told me about their 24-hour tan policy, which makes the membership basically useless for anyone with a busy life—especially moms. When I brought it up, management claimed they’d “review the cameras,” admitted the girl never told me the policy, and said they would reimburse me. Shockingly, they never followed up.
