I had a very disappointing experience here. They have a policy that if it’s your first time tanning at this place, they cut your session time in half, but still charge you the full price. I understand being cautious, but charging full price for half the service feels dishonest and unfair. This was not explained to me clearly beforehand. If you’re considering coming here, be aware of this policy so you’re not surprised like I was. I will not be returning.
