Half of the employees seem to dislike their jobs. Lack of common etiquette and poor customer service. If you’re looking for a pleasant place to tan look elsewhere.
Erika is the pushiest, slimiest, fear-selling salesperson I have ever met and I have been training sales professionals for over 20 years. She always tries to scare people into buying different lotions and products and says you have to alternate and use something from them or you will experience “very damaging” results. I wonder what corporate thinks about all the damage their beds cause people who won’t buy or can’t afford to buy their $120+ lotions every visit.
