Erika is the pushiest, slimiest, fear-selling salesperson I have ever met and I have been training sales professionals for over 20 years. She always tries to scare people into buying different lotions and products and says you have to alternate and use something from them or you will experience “very damaging” results. I wonder what corporate thinks about all the damage their beds cause people who won’t buy or can’t afford to buy their $120+ lotions every visit.
Awesome place to go tan. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The girl named Jenna or Jenny makes a first time experience rough. She is very non professional. She explained nothing to two girls and every single thing to the next. Also texting not only in the halls but at the front too. Would not recommend.
I have been a member at Palm Beach tan for about a year now, not even holding or cancelling my membership during the winter, but today I did cancel due to the horrible customer service I received and have been receiving. Primarily from the store manager Erica. For some reason my card was not charged for January or March apparently so my account shows a balance. Ok sure.
