Bad customer service.
Absolutely terrible customer service and incompetent staff!
I enjoy a spray tan every now and then so I have the most expensive monthly package that I of course always forget to go and use. That's on me of course. I feel uncomfortable going also though because generally I walk in to the same employee that I'm pretty sure hates me, and probably the whole world. It makes it miserable to go in because its awkward. I wish customer service and a smiling face was still what to expect when walking into a business.
Bailey is the most patient, and hard working. I went in to unfreeze my membership and when I walked in she was dealing with some not so nice customers, she was the only one there at the time, as they just opened. And I really wanted to say she's the only one here right now and she has a line out the door, they were just giving her a hard time. But she handled it very well.
