My first experience yesterday with Manager Maya to sign up was great. As she was working with me to sign up, two other clients came in that she multi-tasked and got them assigned to beds, Those clients were acknowledged immediately and assisted, while I was as well. Today I went in for my second time. I was running between appointments, but new my bed time was still really short. I entered PBT and the girl at the counter was assisting someone with maybe custom self tan shade, but not sure. She never acknowledged me in anyway... read more
