Update, The area manager reached out to me and is going to correct the training issue to fill the water in the beds and is supplementing me with tan dollars. For the last 3 weeks the water in the level 4 tanning beds have been out. All of the staff say they are new and the manger is the only one who can fill them but unfortunately the manager has been on vacation for that long.. Also the same bug that was on the floor Friday was still there today.. I’m guessing things aren’t that clean either..
Y’all I hate to leave negative reviews but I feel compelled. I joined the membership for sauna and red light therapy on a Sunday and was shown both rooms. I only did the sauna and told her I would try the red light next time. I came in the following Thursday to do red light and sauna. After much time and confusion between employees, the girl that sold me the membership said I am sorry they changed the membership packages and your package doesn’t include red light anymore. The associate with brown curly hair and blonde in the front had a HUGE hickey and took forever to come upfront. She clearly didn’t hear the door open she also put the wrong code in for the versa. Get better staff. This is ridiculous and unprofessional
