Incredibly rude & dismissive front desk employee. She wanted to put me in a bed with brand new bulbs and I told her that was fine. The bed I was in two days ago also had brand new bulbs and I did 7 minutes, which you can easily see on my account. She pretty much rolled her eyes at me while saying under her breath, yeah we’re only going to do 5 minutes and then dismissed me to my room. I’ve been consistently disappointed with the level of customer service at Palm Beach Tan. Staff members often seem disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers. Basic questions regarding memberships, pricing, and current promotions are frequently met with vague answers or a lack of knowledge altogether. As a customer, I would expect employees to be informed about the services they offer and willing to guide clients through available options, upgrades, or products. Not a fan. Partner and I were never informed about any expiration on a package we purchased. Then was informed that we have to pay full price to reactivate a package which makes no sense. Expired milk has more hospitality and personality than the people answering the phone.

Morgan was the best, she was very informative, polite, great customer service and a joy to see each morning. Since she’s left, the atmosphere feels very unwelcoming.
