I’ve been consistently disappointed with the level of customer service at Palm Beach Tan. Staff members often seem disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers. Basic questions regarding memberships, pricing, and current promotions are frequently met with vague answers or a lack of knowledge altogether. Taylor was super kind and knowledgeable. Facility is nice and clean.
Staff was super helpful, especially Cora, when I was deciding which lotions to purchase. She went above and beyond to help me get ready for an event and explained to me the best process to follow too achieve the results I was wanting.
