I have been tanning here for years now. I have been going lately and the beds are not being clean. I went in bathroom to wash my hands and the soap was water. I told the girl named Jordan about it and she said I was just in there and I'm wrong. Paid for enhancements and I watch the girl not even add them in. I didn’t think about it until afterwards when I wasn’t able to see the tan at all. When you have an add-on, you can see where the add-on was sprayed and then I asked her about it and she continued to lie to my face. I called her from the window and she just continue to lie. I’m tired of paying for enhancements, if you can’t even do their simple job like add them and or put the foot socks in the room with a hair net. To make matters worse, she lied. I used to like this location. I can't stand the new manager's attitude. Canceled my membership because of her. Going somewhere else. Choose better. The old manager was super cool.
