Been with Palm Beach Tan since 2019 and was never treated so harshly by a manager ever in my life. Kimberly Bucco - please tone it down. There is no need to treat people like idiots. I don’t normally come to google for 1 star reviews but in this case I had no choice. I can’t let other people walk in here without warning then. Very nice staff Beds are so much nicer Always clean
Wish this location would open up sooner each day. This location does not open till 10 AM and all of the other Palm Beach Tan locations around the general area open up at 8 AM..
I have been tanning here for years now. I have been going lately and the beds are not being clean. I went in bathroom to wash my hands and the soap was water. I told the girl named Jordan about it and she said I was just in there and I'm wrong. This is not the first time this has happened 😐 I asked to speak with the manager and she said that's me and you need to leave. Dirty tanning beds can cause bacteria in the skin. Paid for enhancements and I watch the girl not even add them in. I didn’t think about it until afterwards when I wasn’t able to see the tan at all. When you have an add-on, you can see where the add-on was sprayed and then I asked her about it and she continued to lie to my face. I called her from the window and she just continue to lie. I’m tired of paying for enhancements, if you can’t even do their simple job like add them and or put the foot socks in the room with a hair net. To make matters worse, she lied.
