Corrupt Billing! Bad machines. Started off well with good rapport. BUT when my wife suffered intense burns after ONE 6 minute exposure to their "best" machine, she took a break. It left her skin burning in patchy areas for the next couple weeks. She sued machines for decades and never experienced this. We decided to both stop our membership and requested it over the phone. I already had kind of an idea what to expect but Sam went above and beyond and honestly made the whole experience feel like I was talking to a friend.
