I recently went to Palm Beach Tan to purchase a one-month membership and some lotion so I could get a basic tan before our wedding in April. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt very misleading. The products were advertised as 50% off, but that discount only applied if you bundled and bought multiple items. I used this service once in the time that I paid the membership month after month. I was one day late to cancelling and I understood they still had to charge me on the first but I requested a refund since I didn’t ever use the service and they declined the refund. One day late to cancel and they make no exceptions. Mind you, the membership I was paying for was over $100 a month. Ridiculous! Do not go here.
