I’ve been a loyal customer of Palm Beach Tan for over three years, and after my recent experience, I feel compelled to express how dissatisfied I am. Last Wednesday (Thanksgiving Eve), I arrived for my scheduled spray tan appointment and was asked to wait for 20 minutes, despite only having one person working the reception. Went yesterday at 8pm at night first time visit to get a spray tan paid all the upcharges and the tan looks like I didn't get one to begin with waited the 4 to 6 hours advised light wash with non alcohol or sulfate soap and nothing no color
