I’ve been a loyal customer of Palm Beach Tan for over three years, and after my recent experience, I feel compelled to express how dissatisfied I am. Went yesterday at 8pm at night first time visit to get a spray tan paid all the upcharges and the tan looks like I didn't get one to begin with waited the 4 to 6 hours advised light wash with non alcohol or sulfate soap and nothing no color

Don’t tan here unless you like being trapped into some kind of payment plan. Initially, my experience as a premium member ($350+/month) was fine. However, after having a baby, I had to freeze my account and paid the freeze fee for several months. I eventually went in person to cancel the account. I just went back in to get a one-time spray tan when I was informed that my account wasn’t actually frozen and that I needed to pay the remaining balance to “ever tan there again.” Some of the staff at the front desk lack attention ... read more

Ask to cancel my membership and they don’t and then ask me to pay balance after not using for months! Great customer service!!
