This is an absolutely worst place location. Mia should not be at anyone’s front desk helping customers in any manner. She is liar telling me that the location has a policy that I can not pay for one session, and that everyone that worked here before she started in June was not doing their job and allowing things they shouldn’t have allowed. Usually have great service at this location but whoever the brunette working today around 2/3pm was- needs to go. Extremely rude to my friend and I, who has been going there for years, from the second we walked in. Extremely rude looks and even worse customer service.

5 stars — Outstanding service from Shannon at Palm Beach Tan (Silverlake, Pearland) I don’t often write reviews, but Shannon truly deserves recognition. She greets every guest with a genuine smile and professional warmth, and she never makes anyone feel rushed—even when I’ve stopped in close to closing with a line at the counter. Really disappointed. I was paying the membership for almost 5 years and today i had to cancel it. Costumer service from 1 to 5 is for sure 1. She did not apologize for the inconvenience, that’s sad. She was smiling, i think she was happy the business is losing a costumer.
