This is the 3rd time I’ve come at 10am when they open and waited around 20min and no workers are here, the store is locked, lights off. Makes it inconvenient when traveling 20min to tan in between my work schedule. Not to mention this location opens later than most locations as well with shorter hours.
I just needed one tan before my trip. The employee was so sweet, the facility was very nice, and I loved my one time tan in the standup bed. I will surely come here again when I need a tan!
My first stop before my busy days. A quick nap and golden tan. Been a customer for years. Love them.
Been a member for 6 years..was on vacation for 6 weeks, did not freeze account, went in to start back on tanning, met resistance on their policy of starting over with tanning..only allowed 6 minutes to tan, but yet if I was a new membership, I could start tanning at the whole 12 minutes immediately..policy makes no sense. Girl at counter said I could eventually bump back up to 12 minutes by 2 minute intervals..but still paying full price for services...need to redo policies..need to watch who you employ also, while I was the... read more
