Really disappointed. I was paying the membership for almost 5 years and today i had to cancel it. Costumer service from 1 to 5 is for sure 1. She did not apologize for the inconvenience, that’s sad. She was smiling, i think she was happy the business is losing a costumer.

This is the 3rd time I’ve come at 10am when they open and waited around 20min and no workers are here, the store is locked, lights off. Makes it inconvenient when traveling 20min to tan in between my work schedule. Not to mention this location opens later than most locations as well with shorter hours.

I just needed one tan before my trip. The employee was so sweet, the facility was very nice, and I loved my one time tan in the standup bed. I will surely come here again when I need a tan!
