I visited for the first time today and the Assistant Manager Peyton was SO kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall just WONDERFUL! She took the time to give a tour, explain each bed and service, and offered many recommendations which was appreciated. The service and experience was both top notch and exceptional. Aside from that, the facility was super clean, well kept, and maintained. 10/10 recommend.
I went to check out the place and see the different beds and I ask if I could do a one time visit for the 10 minute bed and she said yes. Now keep in mind I already have been going to a different tanning salon and my Minutes had to run out, so I was thinking about changing here since they had Sundays that they were open on. So we proceeded to talk about it and she told me just to try one time would be $30 Which is expensive if you look at the package deals. Tried to cancel my package and they lied multiple times saying I had to have the package for 45 days. Per other employees, this is inaccurate and they lied just to receive commission based on my purchase. Poor customer service and difficult to work with.
