The 4 turn spray tan is always messed up. Just got sprayed with something but no tan. I understand it takes time to develop but no color came out. I always get spray tans so I’m very familiar with how it’s supposed to look immediately after vs later. I was told I could not be credited to go to another store, only to come back to the same location at a later time. My money was not refunded so I canceled my membership. I came in for a single spray tan and mentioned I had only ever used a 2 way booth before. The staff encouraged me several times to try the 4 way, saying it was better and easier, so I gave it a shot, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well for me. I couldn’t hear the directions very well and faced the wrong ways. The voice guidance was functioning but sounded old and raspy, which made it hard to hear.
