Horrible and rude service. On the phone and in person. I was so excited to come back because I’m from out of town but their attitude was so disgusting. I was even going to compliment how beautiful their tan was but the attitude was atrocious. Couldn’t even greet me when I walked in. This was 3/6 at 5:30pm.
They now charge for eyewear wear and no towels are in the rooms.if it's been a while since you had been there. ( even though your tan) you can only do half the time at FULL price.
Very friendly environment. Gracie and Camille were very helpful and gave the best deals! Love this place!
