I’ve been to this salon several times over the past couple of years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing due to the unprofessional and often rude behavior of the staff. I understand it may not be the highest-paying job, but if someone chooses to work in a customer-facing role, there should be a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Loved experience I had with Kelsey at this location. She is always incredibly friendly, kind and compassionate to me. Kelsey’s willingness to go the extra mile. A wonderful asset to Palm Beach. Another awesome newer employee is Gabby. Very pleasant and sweet. I really love the changes in the atmosphere at this location now. These employees are so much more helpful and considerate. I hope they can be recognized for their wonderful customer service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cancelled my membership years ago, I have never tanned at this location and all the sudden they are saying I tanned here last December. I live three hours from there! They are harassing me with calls saying I owe them money after years of cancelling my membership. They have people call trying to collect payment but I explain the situation and these same people say they can't help me with anything but collecting payment. They are trying to say there's no documentation of cancelling my membership now... read more
Loved experience I had with Kelsey at this location. She was incredibly friendly, kind and compassionate to my situation. Manager, Vivian was helpful in confirming what Kelsey was trying to do was correct process. I absolutely love Kelsey’s willingness to go the extra mile.
