Unprofessional company, bulbs in beds are not changed, high turnover and care of staff because they pay them minimum wage only and expect to act like bankers with your contracts and upsell you constantly.
Bad customer service. They sign you up without details.
I've been going to Palm Beach for about 2 years and have been happy with the results every time. I can only say good things about the staff, the beds, and the salon itself is always clean, and they are always very polite and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. I live in Costa Mesa, but I work in San Clemente, and both salons are amazing!!! I hope this helps.
