Libby is rude. She physically rolled her eyes in front of me. I walked in to standard, no one in lobby, Libby walks up " last name." I said I was unfreezing my account. (I've been with pbt, probably 15 years+.) She repeated "last name," so I said, "1st name," I said. She couldn't find me, so she had to ask how to spell. [Insert eye roll] Told me total.
