Friendly and helpful staff
I love going to PBT in Alliance. The staff, Maddie and Katie are the best. They are always friendly and make sure the salon is clean and neat; rooms have the appropriate robes and towels. They are always educating me on new products without trying to pressure me into buying something.
Now they can’t keep are tanning lotion here anymore, yet it is bad to keep it in your car. Taft is ridicules and inconvenient, why would new management in force this. Keeping it in store was a perk for your regular customers. Palm beach if you keep making these decisions that inconvenience us, you will lose your loyal customers!
