They are liars and thieves. My wife left an item there one of the rooms and they returned half of it and stole the other other half. She called there to speak with the manager and they would never call her back. It is my recommendation to never step foot in any Palm Beach Tan. The worst experience my wife has ever had anywhere.
I've been a member for over 2 years and on January 17th when I visited in the evening the staff was very uncaring disrespectful and did not care to bother with the needs simple things that I had. I'm very disappointed in the staff. they didn't even care at all.
