I must say when I’m in a pinch, it’s nice to know palm beach just isn’t one place. I had the pleasure of doing business with Reyna! She was the absolute best. My mother told me there was a palm beach tan when I was coming home from out of town. Reyna was super nice and friendly! Very knowledgeable on products and making sure I was tailored to perfection. Palm Beach Tan in Rowlett is terrible. I went in with a free spray tan coupon directly from their website, and the employee refused to honor it, saying they “don’t do that anymore.” I showed her the coupon online and walked her through finding it, yet she still claimed her manager said it wasn’t valid, even though it’s still advertised. I have never once had a good experience with the staff at this location. They are rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care about customers or knowing their own promotions.
