$250ish spent for 10 tans, was not informed they expire in 30 days. Why would tans expire? It's not milk. Feels like a scam to have them expire. Called corporate number, left message requesting a call to discuss, no return call.
Horrible management. Please teach the children that you hire some customer satisfaction skills. I was placed in a tanning bed, and asked for the maximum time. The bed shut off early, and when I came out of the room and said something, the very unattractive girl up front proceeded to tell me “Mistakes happen, it’s not a big deal.” No apology, no “let me make it right”, nothing. The front desk associate was bomb! I don’t spray tan often and she made sure I had all my questions answered and had me walk out of there like I just came from the best beach vacation ever! Shout out to you, girl!
