This is my first time getting an actual tanning membership, Kristin the manager is who I’ve seen the most and she always had such a big smile on her face, she helped me find the products that worked best for me and really made me feel comfortable in a new space. I love this place and I love the fancy beds they have. Levels 3 and higher especially are very bougia with a water mist and spa music, it really is so nice to just relax. ❤️

Just started back tanning again in the last few months. My previous place I spray tanned at closed. I was hesitant to go back to Palm Beach because of horrible service and the rude employees I had encountered many years ago. What a complete difference!! Kristin and her team are so welcoming, helpful, and kind. You can always tell when you have good leadership at a business on how you are treated by the entire staff. Way to go Kristin in turning this completely around in a positive direction!!🩷🩷
