Amber is the only employee at PBT that has made me truly feel relaxed and welcome. She will explain products and services which makes my experience a world of a difference with the last two employees I have had interactions with.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I want to start off by saying the lady that works there is TERRIBLE! Her name is Franci. She was hitting her vape in the front of the store and it made the whole place reek!! I just wanted a relaxing time while getting a nice tan but had to deal with her. Please remove her or I will have to cancel my membership and go to Glo Tan!!!
Business is supposed to be open until 8:00. She closed (locked the doors) at 7:40. 20 min early. I tried to come up but she said they were closing and she was on her way out.
My daughter bought a package there and it was very misleading.They gave her one price, and then it ended up being another. And then they just kept charging her credit card over and over.And over when she tried to cancel. I feel like they're definitely taking advantage of young people and their sales tactics suck. Very misleading i'm very disappointed
My mom came here today and the front desk told her that her reservation for a free spray tan was not good with email proof then charged her over $70.72 for a cheap bottle of self tan when you can get the same thing for $20. Then I go to use the same offer at the Anderson location and the worker told me that the front desk worker at East Gate location was lying so she can get commission.
