I visited this location for the first time and was greeted so friendly walking in! I had some questions and Whitney was SO beyond sweet, patient and knowledgeable about them all. I tanned in the Gold bed, which was super clean inside and out. Whitney helped me with the lotions and helped me pick the best one! I highly recommend this business, thank you so much again!! Everyone needs a little color in their life! I do spray-on only since I am so pale and freckled. Makes me feel like I can tan with the best of them!

Will not be coming back to this location. I have been a member of palm beach tan for almost a year. I usually go to the location in Anderson, as it’s way closer to my house. However, my Boyfriend lives in Batavia so I decided to check out this location, even though it’s 17 minutes from his house. I got off a 12 hour shift at 7. They closed at 8. I showered and got to this tanning salon at 7:40. I only get a spray tan. Takes 5 minutes at most. Nobody came out to help me until 7:45. explained I had an important event tomorrow ... read more
