Lani provides an excellent customer experience. She is personable, sweet, and professional. Hang onto her tight. You don't find many employees her age who are so sociable, polite, and professional.

Excellent customer service! The tanning beds are amazing. The Salon is always clean, clean, clean!
Have an event tomorrow so went by this evening to spray tan around 7pm. I drove about 15 minutes to get there and was told that both spray tans are down. I was offered to do the other Versa booth for a charge of five dollars. Staff has always been nice but I feel management should do something if both tanning beds are down. Their silver package is a scam. The silver beds have massive plastic rods running longwise down the top and bottom. After tanning multiple times in both their silver beds I was still getting stripes down my back and abdomen. I was basically told the only solution was to upgrade my package. Expect to pay at minimum $50 per month plus start up fees unless you like to look like a zebra.
