They are liars and thieves. My wife left an item there one of the rooms and they returned half of it and stole the other other half. She called there to speak with the manager and they would never call her back. It is my recommendation to never step foot in any Palm Beach Tan. The worst experience my wife has ever had anywhere.

Went into the Salon today to tan and I just have to brag on Celeste (sp?) that helped me! She was so sweet and super helpful! I appreciate great attitudes like hers in the workplace so so much!

this location is the best of ALL OF THEM! I DROVE ALL OVER CHARLOTTE LOOKING FOR ONE BED! boom... this one has it! level 2 bed 252 yessss! please don't ever get rid of this bed please!!! lol thank you for tanning me for 15 years! love y'all
Great girls and great place!
Super aggravated. I bought 2 spray tan packages with the 3 for $60. We were only able to use one each. I asked them to extend it once and they did. However we were still not able to go so I asked them to extend it by ONE DAY and they told me they couldn’t. I was fine losing 2 spray tans. But because they couldn’t extend by ONE DAY I lost 4. I have been a member for 10+ years and it’s very frustrating.
