You would think this location would be one of the nicer ones but it's not. I mean it's not bad. The people who work there are great, it's just the beds look worn out and old. Hyde Park beds are much nicer.
There is something wrong with spray tan booth 4 not putting out enough color, I got absolutely no color from it a few weeks ago, went back 30 minutes later in booth 5 perfect color, went today asked for booth 5 because of how 4 gives me little to no color, the girl working said that others have been complaining of booth 4 not giving color and maintenance came in and fixed it and she said I’m only running booth 4 today so I said ok, came out with little color from booth 4, so frustrating! and I love getting my spray tan here,... read more
Have had an annual subscription w pbt for 5 yrs+...I go into the Mason location today..and after waiting 5 minutes to be waited on, I am asked by julienne if I bought my tanning lotion at pbt. I replied no and was promptly informed that I can only use products purchased at pbt. I asked since when, as I have never purchased products at pbt because they are ridiculously expensive ... beware ... no one has ever prohibited me from using only products purchased at pbt..and this should not be a requirement. .there are plenty of ot... read more
