These folks are rip offs, the manager is rude, they need to get nicer employees or their company is not gonna make it!!
Absolutely TERRIBLE to their customers. I have had a month membership last month and went in on the 26 to cancel it. The staff member working said that I would have to speak to the manager or call customer care to see if I could still cancel. We ended up calling the manager earlier today and explained our situation and she was the most rudest & snobbiest person I've ever spoken to saying there was nothing she could do.
