I’ve been going to the mentor location for a few years and up till this year was an amazing experience. This year I’ve been there 3x and all visits something went wrong. 1st day the bed shut off on me after 3 minutes because it over heated. 2nd day I had to downgrade my bed. They didn’t set my timer so I had to get dressed and let them know. I went back in and my timer still wasn’t set so I had to get dressed again and tell them and the girl had an attitude with me.
