Employee tried to upcharge me even though i pay for the unlimited membership, i explained what my membership included since she lacked the ability to read my account and was told “it’s a privilege to have a membership” by her co-worker who did not even look at the screen. i have been tanning here for nearly a decade and am a former employee, and have never experienced this issue except at the Springboro location.
Laney was so wonderful to work with! She was so friendly and helpful. It was a busy morning at this location, but Laney still took the time to explain all the options and services. We felt educated about our choices and didn’t feel like we were being frivolously upsold. Would definitely go back again!
came to this location for the first time because the middletown location sucks. they couldn’t find my name in the system because i’m from middletown? i can’t use any discounts, coupons etc. because the middletown store is considered a “cincinnati palm beach” whereas this location is considered a “columbus palm beach”. i was told i need to tell the employee i’m from middletown every time i tan at the springboro location. instead of explaining why i would need to tell them that, i had to ask why. which should’ve been explained... read more
