Been to palm beach tans from Columbus to Cincinatti and this one has the rudest Employees I would recommend going to A different location The one in Xenia Springfield and Cincinatti have all been great
Never been particular with tanning beds. I've had subscriptions to three tanning salons in 40+ years. Reviews weren't looked at because every establishment has pretty much the same standard equipment and likeness. Was not a priority for me to look into. I travel for work and definitely needed a place for tanning. Ive been working 12 hour night shift for 9 weeks now (all dang summer). I was fading fast! The lady that helped me out was very friendly and non judgmental. She helped me find a plan for me while traveling and informed me of the option to freeze my membership while not in the area. She also spent a good amount of time helping me choose a tanning bronzer. Very Clean, Very accessible I was made to feel very comfortable. Beds and individual "rooms" are top notch.
Always a great experience at Springboro’s Palm Beach Tan!! Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff—willing to answer all questions and make suggestions. The salon is always spotless and comfortable.
It is always an amazing experience at this salon. The girls are all so friendly and professional very knowledgeable on everything. Very clean beds. I would highly recommend this salon.
