Dishonest business. This tanning salon will not provide a contract documentation, cancellation documentation or receipt for any purchase made. They talk very fast, are pushy trying to up sale and talk down to you as though your questions are stupid. They will quote a price for monthly tanning to you and then when you go to pay it is significantly higher. I went in strictly to buy tanning lotion. (I tan at my gym) I purchased a tanning bronzer for $120 tax included which is RIDICLOUS as price to begin with (after I purchased it I googled and can buy THE EXACT SAME THING for $54.95) I was misinformed about the product, the texture, the bronzer, everything! This place is horrible the girls every time I have been in there are rude! First experience went in and was asking about my boyfriends scaring and what he can use and she showed me a lotion as soon as I said I’ll let him buy it I just bought 2 née bottles with palm beach tan her attitude changed like a light switch and was rude. 2nd experience was checking in and there was someone that just walked in behind me. I am sitting here listening to a awful customer harass and yell at the manager. I have worked in the service industry for a few years and the way the manager at this location is handling the customer is very professional despite the customer literally (not exaggerating) throwing a fit and yelling in the store because she had an issue with HER card, not PBT. I have been a client here for about a year and this client is being nasty. Props to you PBT Addison! This client is absolutely rude and should be banned
