I’ve been a PBT member for over 5 years & I’ve always preferred Hilliard over any other PBT salon. But that has drastically changed recently. I’m used to the excellent standards that they’ve had for years in their entire staff’s character, honesty, tanning knowledge, and the salon’s cleanliness. I believe the staff or employee training has recently changed because the entire salon’s cleanliness and dynamic has too. Absolutely the best!! The girls that work at the Hilliard, OH location are great. They're always smiling with a happy greeting. They always say 'I'll be right with you!' if they're waiting on someone. They make sure the tanning booths are clean and sanitized. Everything is the BEST! I would give it a 10 from a scale of 1 to 10. They make the experience so enjoyable. Plus, they remember your name!!! How many places do that? Not many!
I love coming into PBT. The girls are always super friendly & the place is clean. I love these beds too! I seen a little hair tie area while i was there last also. SUCH a cool idea!
