I’ve been a PBT member for over 5 years & I’ve always preferred Hilliard over any other PBT salon. But that has drastically changed recently. I’m used to the excellent standards that they’ve had for years in their entire staff’s character, honesty, tanning knowledge, and the salon’s cleanliness.
