I really wanted to like this place the woman who explained everything to me was 10/10 her name was Britt! the shade of the tan itself is great the issue is it's completely uneven, both of my calfs got messed up I brought this up to the employees and they all just kinda looked at me And blamed my pants not a single solution was offered I would've paid to fix it but they didn't even offer that overall manager just seems uninterested in what she's selling!
I’ve been a member of PBT for years. I’ve never have a complaint, until today. Walked in to spray tan, not only was the assistant manager unfriendly, but when I went back to spray, she did not inform me they were out of hair nets for the spray booth. No one wants to spray and get wet hair. Additionally, the spray booth quit working mid-way through my spray. When I mentioned that it would be curious to mention the lack of hair nets prior to spraying, the ASM and another employee were extremely rude.
Always clean, everyone is really nice.
Love the girls who work there!
