1st time member with Palm Beach Tan.. I came here bc my original place closed. I love this Tanning Salon. Everyone has been very nice and I absolutely love the beds.
Palm Beach Tan has become overpriced especially when you consider what you get. I'd always use the top level "diamond" bed. These are supposed to have aromatherapy but the oil and water reservoirs are ALWAYS empty or they smell like disgusting mildewy stale water. Despite so many complaints over the past four years, absolutely nothing has ever been done. I'm seeing all these recent poor reviews. I decided to use this location as was closer and they made me do lowest time cause it had been a month since I had been, which I was fine if it the policy however never had that before at other locations.Then had to wait for beds to be cleaned when 2 girls upfront just standing around. The next day used again as I was in the area again this time she tried to give me lowest time again I asked for higher , 3 people at counter with no customers again and had to wait for bed to cleaned again, go to use and it is not working. I’m very disappointed with the experience I’ve had at this location. I placed my account on hold and was told there would be a one-time fee. However, my card was later charged an additional fee, and then a late fee on top of that. When I decided to cancel my membership, I was assured by one staff member that everything was paid and the account was closed.
