I decided to use this location as was closer and they made me do lowest time cause it had been a month since I had been, which I was fine if it the policy however never had that before at other locations.Then had to wait for beds to be cleaned when 2 girls upfront just standing around. I’m very disappointed with the experience I’ve had at this location. I placed my account on hold and was told there would be a one-time fee. However, my card was later charged an additional fee, and then a late fee on top of that. When I decided to cancel my membership, I was assured by one staff member that everything was paid and the account was closed. As a first time spray tan goer, im so happy I chose PBT. Sabrina was more than helpful and guided me through my first time with ease and grace. I feel so confident with the glow i got and I will definitely be returning!
I am not too happy I have been a member here for 5 years that’s a lot of money I have spent with this company. My debit card was hacked and all I have is cash right now until it comes in tomorrow. I live about ten miles away and in traffic that’s 30-40 min drive in Atlanta easily. Every business should take cash in America it’s ridiculous that I could not get my spray tan because I only had cash today because of my card being fraudulently stolen.
