Really tired of the scammy tactics. Last time I came here I bought a 3-pack of spray tans cause it was a better price than just one session. Came back in October and they told me they had expired in 30 days. Honestly just laughable that you’d sell a customer a multi-session pack with an unrealistic expiration date and especially without ever communicating an expiration date. I am of mixed emotions as part of me is excited and joyful for Anna for her recent promotion as she deserves it and has worked hard for it. As a longtime PBT member (2013) I have seen PBT go through many changes as well as people. I met Anna at the end of 2020 at the Kennesaw location when she was just starting at PBT and instantly formed a friendship. Anna has always gone above and beyond above to meet my needs or wants. Very catty and engaging in gossip. Unprofessional and toxic. My mother in law was in here to get here to get a tan and one of the associates did a really big burp and said nothing. I recommend you give your money to Tropic Tan just down the street.
