I got off of work and went straight there had to wait 30 min for a bed . Then the next day I want straight there again on my way home from work and they told me I had to wait exactly 30 min till I can tan even though there was no one waiting . I had to wait exactly 24 hours . I will definitely be going somewhere else .
I believe if you buy a spray tan package you should have one year to use that package. I am disappointed in the current policy and I feel like it should be changed to expire in one year. I purchased a package of three and went in today to use my last tan and was told that they expire after 30 days. This is just not acceptable.
Really tired of the scammy tactics. Last time I came here I bought a 3-pack of spray tans cause it was a better price than just one session. Came back in October and they told me they had expired in 30 days. Honestly just laughable that you’d sell a customer a multi-session pack with an unrealistic expiration date and especially without ever communicating an expiration date.
