As a first time spray tan goer, im so happy I chose PBT. Sabrina was more than helpful and guided me through my first time with ease and grace. I feel so confident with the glow i got and I will definitely be returning!
I am not too happy I have been a member here for 5 years that’s a lot of money I have spent with this company. My debit card was hacked and all I have is cash right now until it comes in tomorrow. I live about ten miles away and in traffic that’s 30-40 min drive in Atlanta easily. Every business should take cash in America it’s ridiculous that I could not get my spray tan because I only had cash today because of my card being fraudulently stolen. I got off of work and went straight there had to wait 30 min for a bed . Then the next day I want straight there again on my way home from work and they told me I had to wait exactly 30 min till I can tan even though there was no one waiting . I had to wait exactly 24 hours . I will definitely be going somewhere else .
I believe if you buy a spray tan package you should have one year to use that package. I am disappointed in the current policy and I feel like it should be changed to expire in one year. I purchased a package of three and went in today to use my last tan and was told that they expire after 30 days. This is just not acceptable.
