Our first and last visit here. My daughter and I went for a spray tan. We told the girl up front we didn’t want to be orange but we wanted a noticeable tan. She recommended the medium spray with a bronzer. So my daughter who’s 12 and never did this before goes first and I walked back with them. The girl really didn’t explain the process and I had to ask a lot of questions bc she wasn’t offering much information. I have had my spray tan membership since 2017 and Love Palm Beach Tan! The employees are always super sweet and personable and I love that I can just drop in whenever for my spray tans. I have bought a few different products over the years from their black diamond line and they have all been nice!
Horrible customer service, asked if they would be avaliable for spray tan and they laughed and said "I have no idea what we are doing that day and time" bad attitude
Always a pleasant experience. Great beds, great service, great free cold water when you're done.
