Please, please. PLEASE purchase a second sunscape/mystic spray bed!!!!!!!! 75% of the time Income in here, I have to wait for at least one person to finish. I was transferred to this tanning salon when my old salon was purchased by Palm Beach Tan - I went on 06/12 for a tanning session, was told it would only be a few minutes. My husband was complete with his session and I was never given my opportunity for the session. I was the next person in line (or so I was led to believe) the person come out of the bed that I was to get next. The girls then put someone else in that bed. What is the prize for the worst business in Cumming?

Was wrongfully charged $75 for a membership when I haven’t been a member in years. When I called they said it was because they bought out the tanning salon I was at so they were able to charge me even though I never signed up with Palm Beach. Horrible customer service. When they can clearly see that I haven’t tanned with you at all and think it’s good business to not only charge someone but decline a refund when the services were never used. This is why I’m glad I signed up with their competitor Coasta Tanning.
