I travel for work so I can only go tan on Tuesdays. I have been a member for over 15 years. This place really went down hill after they purchased a local tanning salon. The beds are always not working . I went today, for the second Tuesday in a row, and was greeted with a note that beds the were down and you can only spray tan. The air conditioning system is out. I have been a member diamond or premium for so me time. Last year bed 16 wasn’t working a lot. Now one pays extra for certain beds 16 is one of them. At least Twice in the last month or two couldn’t use this venue this summer. Beds didn’t work. Yesterday and today Only spray tan after a certain time. Air conditioning doesn’t work. Setting clock to get up early to go tan..when I thought..maybe I should look at reviews...I had experience there last year where I was not treated very professionally and never went back to that location...lol..it seems by reading the latest reviews that not much has changed..staff still rude and unprofessional..and each review was answered with same bs...please contact us and let's talk about your issue..the same reply I was given a year ago. I’ve been tanning with PBT at multiple locations for nine years. This is by far the worst I have ever seen it. They have an inexperienced manager who is hiring people who not only have terrible work ethic, but are just young and have no clue what’s going on. Multiple times I’ll walk in when there is no line, and I’ll have to wait close to 10 minutes to just get checked into a bed.
