I have been going here since before 2010 and I have had no complaints whatsoever. The place is always clean and the beds are great, especially the stand up. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Noelle manages that store perfectly!
I have had a wonderful experience at PBT. The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also very patient with questions. Always very clean. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
Dirty store, dirty beds and all the beds they stick you in don’t work. How many times does one person need to tell you the bed bulbs are not working?? Guess they don’t care - Sad to see PBT go down the drain. Do better!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. There have been some issues like a bed that had face bulb out for over a month and the lack of towels every time.
I hadn’t stepped foot in a tanning salon since 1998. Joined back in March and it’s now my favorite thing to do. Had originally only planned on going for a month and am now on month 3. The girls are always so friendly and accommodating. I won’t go anywhere else.
