Their policies on 24 hour tanning in between visits is ridiculous. Bought a monthly subscription. Tanned at 7:30pm day one. Came the next day at 7:00pm and the girl told me I had to sit in their waiting area for 30 minutes until it’s 24 hours in between tans. (Ummmm I’m 40+ years old Palm Beach.) Because I am leaving for vacation the next day I put my head down and bit my tongue. I’ve been a member of this store for years and have always enjoyed my experience, however I need to share the unprofessionalism I experienced with Deana today. I waited for a five minutes at the desk and didn’t see anyone, so I said “Hello” down the hallway to let staff know there’s a customer. Deana arrived a few minutes later and harshly asked if I was “shouting down the hall” with a scathing look. My whole check-in experience was met with attitude and eye rolls. I usually love this place, only half the staff smiles or seems friendly, but whatever its conveniently located to me, and the beds are always clean. However, today I went in to receive a free spray tan (as I am an active member and they sometimes send you free spray tans), I received the email on January 15th, I even showed the staff member that, and the email says you have 30 days to receive it.. well today is February 12th... and that means I have 3 more days to receive it.. however I was told the emails usually go out on ... read more

Fabulous place to 10, I’ve been a client for over 30 years and this group is the best by far. All of the girls are spectacular.
