Two different days I came in and had interactions with the manager, young, blonde. She was extremely rude. All but rolling her eyes at me and ugly look on her face. Ask me my name, I told her my full name, bc there are several with my name, she looked rudely and said LAST name. I told her, she out right said, do you remember your first name I said of course, I remember my first name. I came in 15 minutes before closing to get a spray and the manager isabella was very irritated and rude. She started out by saying “we weren’t expecting anyone to come in this close to closing” so I proceeded to tell her it would only take my 2 minutes, I’m quick! Her response was “actually the spray tan takes 3 minutes”. This is not the first time I have seen her irritated and rude.
Anna is very professional, knowledgeable & is always customer service oriented. I look forward to seeing her on my visits.
These young women are organized and well educated on their services and products. Their professionalism speaks volumes for the beauty industry. Keep it up y'all!
If you are “””” the associates will acknowledge you as a customer. If you are not they will assume you are their Uber delivery or door dash. I witnessed this first hand on my third visit here. Please acknowledge all your customers respectfully as guests. You made a very bad impression on your brand. I could not believe what I experienced in 2024. To my fellow Asians don’t come here we are not welcomed.
