If you are “””” the associates will acknowledge you as a customer. If you are not they will assume you are their Uber delivery or door dash. I witnessed this first hand on my third visit here. Please acknowledge all your customers respectfully as guests. You made a very bad impression on your brand. I could not believe what I experienced in 2024. To my fellow Asians don’t come here we are not welcomed.

Came in was a great experience until I grabbed a display bottle to smell and the girl ripped it out of my hands and said that was not allowed! You need to work on your customer service as I just spent 120
So I decided to make a trip to Palm Beach Tan at their Germantown location. I arrived and told the associate my name and information. She was not wearing a name tag at all so I do not know her name. I went on March 16th 2024 at roughly 10:30 a.m. I told her that I should have three free spray tans on my account. I was given these free spray tans due to an issue of canceling my membership that I had February 27th 2024 I ended up canceling my membership on March 2nd 2024.
