I was charged nearly 36 dollars for 12 minutes in a Level 2 bed. I have NEVER paid more than 15 to tan in any level bed. Won't be returning.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Palm Tan Beach. When I canceled my membership, the employee hid the fact that I was signing a document agreeing to be charged for an additional month. I was told I was signing a cancellation form and wasn’t shown the document to read before signing. This feels dishonest and misleading. I believe I was misinformed and charged without my clear consent. I requested a refund for the additional month that was charged after my cancellation, and they declined it. I am a client at Palm Beach Tan in Germantown. My daughter and I were trying to handle some business at this location and had the most horrible and unacceptable interactions with the staff ISABELLA and MARLEY. The business being that I had the manager in 2023 switch my paid tanning sessions to spray tan sessions due to being diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. She was wonderful. I’ve been coming here the past couple days (I normally tan in a different state, I’m here for work) and this tanning place is great! Everyone is very nice and welcoming.
