I had a disappointing experience at the Laurelwood Palm Beach Tan location. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. I spelled out my last name and first name. She asked me to “spell it again” with a noticeably rude and unprofessional tone. The way she spoke to me felt very dismissive. I don’t want to leave a bad review, just more of a “BEWARE”. MAKE SURE TO SIGN IF/WHEN YOU FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT. I loved using PBT for some winter time rejuvenating, with that being said I wanted to freeze my account until fall/winter. January 2026, I went in to tan and asked to freeze my account- I was told that I could still tan until the end of the month.
