Horrible customer service Left an expensive piece of clothing there after a spray tan and they threw it in the trash! I was the only customer there ! Could have called me. The spray tan was terrible!
Poor customer service. Team members give incorrect info. Manager is rude and aggressive when dealing with people. So, makes sense it starts from the top. Just go to planet fitness where you get premium beds plus a red light therapy boothe for half the price. No need for the auto generated reply from Palm Beach tan because no one will reach out anyway.
