The staff are super helpful when I ask for recommendations and even made notes in my profile, so the next time I came in for a service they remembered details from my previous visit about product inquiries. Also one time I accidentally left my lotion behind and they had it at the front desk with my name on it when I came back to this location weeks later! Above and beyond
The manager Claire is super rude and was not nice at all I wouldn’t recommend going to this location I would recommend the Timonium one or the hunt valley one. Don’t go here she was so beyond rude it was hurtful.
The employees here were so amazing and kind! They recommended me an amazing lotion to use that fits my needs! Their spray tans are also just as amazing! In love with my tan and service!!
Great customer service and the manager is very polite
I loved this tanning location. The store was so clean and the staff were amazing. They explained the different price packages and all the products. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good tanning salon.
