I went for the first time today and I met two girls that were very rude. They both worked at the front desk today. Carleigh and a girl with long brunette hair.
Very disappointed! This place are definitely not recommended. I came to do one session because I’m not from the area so a membership is inconvenient for me. So the lady at the front told me we don’t have one session. Either 2 or membership. I said ok let’s do 2 sessions. Then when I was about to pay I had only cash with me. And she said oh I’m sorry we’re not accepting cash only card. Also they are much more expensive than all the other salons. As a business owner I can’t recommend a business like that
both girls that helped me were very sweet and patient when explaining everything to me. I hadn’t tanned in over 10 years but wanted a little tan for a wedding & this place was great.
Coryn was amazing and very professional. She greeted me as I walked in. She has excellent customer service and told me about all her services and packages. I am a member now because of her. I felt comfortable talking to her and I love her energy. This building is also clean and the manager is wonderful as well. I definitely recommend this place. My tanning looks amazing! Their tanning lotions are also worth the price. Thank you Coryn for your wonderful customer service.
