I am very OCD about cleanliness. This store is spotless at all times. The staff is friendly and the beds are great. You can eat off of the floors its so clean. That is definitely the vibe you need when you are dressing and undressing.
I love this place! Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable!
Annoyed to say the least: couldnt find my phone number in there system when 3 other palms could….Don’t have sticker goggles, don’t do touch to pay. Much older level 1 beds then some locations… then once I got in the bed and all ready, they never turn the bed on, so I had to get dressed to go to the lobby again….Annoyed cuz I drove 20 minutes over there….. Posted to save people the non sense.
I’ve been tanning here for years and have never been told you have to cancel 25 DAYS before the 1st which is actually ridiculous. I canceled my membership last month and was not informed I would still get charged for this month. I haven’t tanned in over 3 months so you would think they’d cut some slack but they haven’t offered anything. They are extremely overpriced and it is not worth it.
