I’ve been tanning here for years and have never been told you have to cancel 25 DAYS before the 1st which is actually ridiculous. I canceled my membership last month and was not informed I would still get charged for this month. I haven’t tanned in over 3 months so you would think they’d cut some slack but they haven’t offered anything. They are extremely overpriced and it is not worth it. Crooks! Don’t get locked into a membership here!!!! You will spend months getting charged and not being allowed to tan!!!!!!!!!
Great Experience at Hoover, After some bad ones. I went in on December 13, 2024 and met Lexi. She was Awesome and so Sweet! So happy I went in and met her. Highly recommend there 4 turn spray tan booth.
